Why isn't my Agent automatically updating?
The Agent computer's security settings may be preventing it from updating without user intervention.
The Copia DeviceLink Agent automatically checks for and installs new updates. These updates should not require user intervention when operating normally. In some cases though, the Agent update may get stuck requiring user intervention, such as the screen seen below where it asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?".
This could be due to the User Account Control (UAC) settings on the computer. You may need to reach out to your company's IT team first, but this popup can oftentimes be removed by changing your UAC settings to the "Never notify" level.
