Why do I see "Diff Content Not Available" on my Pull Request?

This message is shown because the two branches of the Pull Request are up to date with each other

If you're seeing this message when trying to open a Pull Request, then there are no differences between your branch and the branch you're trying to merge into. If you're seeing this message on a closed Pull Request, then it has likely been merged and is up to date, or you have forgotten to push your local commits to the remote repository.
