Why can't I render my TIA Portal items with the message "This block is inconsistent and cannot be exported"?

Inconsistent blocks are blocks that have errors in TIA Portal. Ensure that all items compile successfully in TIA Portal.

Copia utilizes Siemens' Openness API to export TIA Portal project objects so they can be rendered. This API only allows exports of "consistent" or syntactically correct project objects. The message above only means that you need to fix the object in question for us to render it. Copia is still tracking the project changes, regardless of whether or not we are able to render them.
