What is a Copia Training Refresher?

A Training Refresher at Copia is a scheduled, short session (30 minutes to 1 hour) designed to revisit key aspects of the software training previously provided during onboarding. This session is aimed at offering additional support to new employees at customer organizations or those who may require extra assistance with certain features or processes. The refresher sessions could focus on either:

  • Core topics such as software administration, data migration, basic operations or advanced end-user functionalities.  Options include:
    • Basic Operations - Navigation, What is Git, Clone, Commit, Push, Pull (45 min)
    • Advanced Operations - Branching, Pull Requests, Code Review, Approval (45 min)
    • Advanced Merge and Conflict Resolution (15 min)
    • Issue and Project Management (10 min)
    • Tags and Releases (10 min)
  • Customer requested topics, covering issues or features that would help improve the customer experience.
    • Submit a custom list of topics/questions for review, and Copia will determine what we can cover in a session.
These sessions are designed to be concise and to the point, providing targeted insights based on the needs of the participants.  For new hires, it ensures they are quickly brought up to speed with the software, minimizing disruption in their workflow. For more experienced employees, the refresher can help them stay current on new features or revisit areas where they may need additional guidance.

Offering periodic training refreshers showcases Copia's ongoing commitment to customer success. By providing continual support, Copia strengthens its relationship with its customers, demonstrating that their success with the platform is a priority.
