Unable to sign in with SSO: "invalid_grant: The code has expired or is invalid"

The "invalid_grant" message often indicates an issue with your SSO provider.

If you experience issues signing in via SSO with the error invalid_grant, this is likely due to a configuration issue with your SSO provider. Try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and/or try signing in via an Incognito window
  2. Reach out to your company's IT department in charge of managing your IdP
    1. Sometimes your IdP will require that a user is provisioned with both a first and last name. If your account is provisioned with just a first name, your IdP may reject the sign-in request. Your IT department should be able to update this for you.
  3. Submit a Support Request with Copia if the following steps don't resolve your issue
