How do I transfer a license?
Transferring a license will require an existing user to be moved to a Read seat before another user can be assigned the license
Under Teams in the web app, you will need to find the user that you are removing the license from. Users can be in multiple teams, so you will need to verify that the user has been changed to Read permissions in all teams they are a part of. Once the user has been moved to Read-Only, then there will be a new seat available in your organization. You can now find the user you'd like to transfer the license to and make them an Owner, Admin, or Write seat.
