How do I merge two branches?

The best way to merge two branches is to open a pull request.

Copia recommends that you use Pull Requests instead of the desktop app to perform branch merges as it allows for code review, discussion, and the possibility of the Advanced Merge Tool for supported file types.

To create a Pull Request, you will select the Create Pull Request button from your branch in the desktop app.  This will redirect you to the web app where you will verify which branches you would like to merge and finish creating the pull request.
