How do I delete a branch?
You can delete a branch in either the Copia desktop or web applications
Branches can be deleted from either the web or desktop apps. However, it is important to understand if the branch is being delete from the local or remote repositories.
Deleting from the desktop app
Deleting a branch from the desktop app is easy. Navigate to the branch in the branch dropdown, right-click and select Delete. In the resulting screen, select the "Yes, delete this branch on the remote" checkbox. This will ensure that the branch gets deleted on the remote repository as well. If you don't select this option, the branch will only be deleted locally and will still exist in your branches list.
Deleting from the web app
Branches can be deleted from the web app by selecting the "Manage Branches" option in the web interface as seen below. Note that deleting branches in the web app does not delete local branches, so you'll need to delete them in the desktop app as well.
