How do I access or provide the logs for the Copia web application?

In some cases, when contacting support, you may be asked to provide logs from the Copia web application.  These are available via the "console" window of the web browser.  If you can replicate the issue, it may be valuable to do this prior to sending the logs via the steps provided below:

Chrome/Edge:

  1. While in the browser, press "CTRL-SHIFT-J" to open the console window
  2. Replicate the issue, using the left side of the web browser
  3. Right-click in the console window, and select "Save As..."
  4. Save the file with an appropriate name (such as, CopiaWebApp.log)
  5. Attach and reply to Copia Support with the file.
