How to resolve Rockwell Just-In-Time Debugger "An unhandled exception has occurred" error on DeviceLink Agent
Disabling Just-In-Time Debugging can help resolve this Rockwell error dialog
Some customers have reported their Rockwell DeviceLink backups failing after experiencing the following error. The error occurs in the underlying Rockwell software and the resulting dialog popup prevents further backups until the "OK" button is pressed.

While the source of the error is still unknown, you can prevent the error dialog from appearing and backups being blocked by disabling Just-In-Time debugging on the Agent PC. Follow these instructions from Microsoft to disable Just-In-Time Debugging.
