Customer Support Portal
This article explains how to access and use the Copia Customer Support Portal
Welcome to Copia! This article provides instructions for accessing the Copia Support Portal, where you can track your Feature and Support Requests.
- First time access
- The Copia Support Portal is located at: https://help.copia.io/tickets. If you do not already have an account, you have two options:
- (recommended) Register for an account using the link at the bottom of this page. This allows you to quickly login using a password.
- You can choose to use “password-less” login, which will send an email each time you need to access your account
- Using the Portal
- The Customer Support Portal will show all Feature Request and Support Tickets that you have submitted, going forward.
- Tickets are either open or closed. There are views for both, and All tickets using the "Status" dropdown on the right.
- Clicking on a ticket you can find the details about it, including replies from Copia.
- You can close a ticket by clicking the Mark as Closed button
- You can reply to the ticket at the bottom
- If you reply to a closed ticket, it will re-open the ticket
- You can file a new ticket using the top banner option: “File a Support ticket”
- You can export your tickets to CSV using the “Export to CSV” button
