The Agent must not be locked while working with Siemens Step7 TIA Portal.  As such, Copia recommends running the Agent in a VM environment, and restricting access via the host system. Additionally, you can find information on how to RDP in and out of the agent machine without locking it [here](https://www.anyviewer.com/how-to/remote-desktop-without-locking-host-0007.html).
